Food excellent. Perhaps too many cakes although they were lovely.

The property was nice. Especially the jasmine bushes in front of our apartment

Welcoming was the worst! From that point on we felt very uncomfortable. They said they sent mails to finish the checking. I did not receive the ones they mentioned. I even showed my spam and regular mailbox and whatsapp messages from them. That is still not the horrible part. We were so tired and i told her, please let us get to our room first and do them there if possible, since it took her forever to find a way to send us the documents that needed to be signed. I found a solution at the end for her to send me documents through airdrop. They did not even had a hard copy of the documents! We came to the place earlier to leave our luggage and they could have done it by then as well. We had to do it late at night with all this hassle. Above all, while we were having troubles with this documents exchange, other guests came in and she chatted with them and helped them with their inquiries as we were waiting with no patience downstairs. When I went up, i had to tell her-please finish with us and do the next inquiries. She told ke- i ak the only one here! I cannot believe that we have to explain her that she has to finish with one and especially with the ones who are very tired and disappointed, and solve the other’s issues. The employees look like they are good people in general but unfortunately two of them are definitely should not be incharge of a place like this. This is coming from a frequent travelers

The property is well located for tourists.

Breakfast started at 8.30 which is too late if you are booked for tours which start around 8 to 8.30am. All controls were electronic which might be good for some, but we were an older couple and found them confusing.

Atmosphäre des Hauses, Einrichtung der Unterkunft, natürliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Lage, Pool —> haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Te weinig karakter, kamer van de kinderen luidruchtig verkeer, water in de douches was niet warm genoeg, ontbijt is geen buffet als je iets extra’s wil dan moet je dit vragen, tijdens het ontbijt komen verschillende mensen van het personeel een praatje maken. Niet elk gezelschap heeft daar behoefte aan, denk ik. Bij het vertrekken vraagt men ons om een positieve recensie te schrijven. Dit vinden we not done.
