Very convenient

A bad place to live and very expensive.

I do not like it.

Do not like it at all.

Says parking available but it’s on street and difficult to find. Room just fits the bed. No space for suitcase or to make tea but there is a kettle on top of a fridge which is on the bedside table. My room had spiders on ceiling and flies on the walls. Noisy till early hours. Bathroom was nice but some mould. Stain on quilt cover.

Room is too small,and the bed sheets and duvet cover are not clean.The pillow has an odour.

We booked very late (around 11:45) and travelled to the hotel. The reception was closed at the time and we saw in an email that late check ins needed early warning. This was not highlighted at the time of booking. Staff appeared and we were checked in after some confusion about the room and approval of key release. Glad to find somewhere to stay but this delay on arrival was worrying!

It was a rushed booking due to a family emergency, and needed to get something booked asap, and didn't read all the reviews. Had we had time to look for something better, we wouldn't have booked here! Sorry. When our Brighton family heard where we were staying, their faces said it all! Ruby is a local pub, for local people, with a hotel above, 15 minutes from Brighton centre, by car. 1 star for the staff, who were lovely. 2nd star for the fridge, TV, and free water. Very small rooms, so take some shinpads!
