We loved this resort!!! Amazing time there. Excellent property, service, and food.

The difference between the quality in DR food and service and what you would receive in Mexico is completely different. DR folks do not care about cleanliness or quality.

Aside from one hiccup at dinner at Brass on our 4th night every other day was fabulous. Loved our stay so much we extended an extra day. Did not want to go home.

Quick review on family trip with 3yo in September. To start some staff made it extra special and went above and beyond- starting with Carlina our concierge! She helped us plan some items before we arrived. When we arrived she coordinated babysitting, actually did it herself and was amazing with our daughter. We saw her daily and she checked in to make sure all was going well and made our trip special. Ruth in the kids room at breakfast buffer was amazing!!! She played and interacted with all of the kids and was so engaging. Adrien the waiter from gusto/dommo and was at the breakfast buffet was wonderful- went above and beyond as far as service. Anny from the cafe was so kind every day when we went 2 times for coffee and then ice cream. Alfonso was our photographer who was so patient with our daughter and captured amazing pictures of us. Ivan from Finest check in was great! Overall we had a lovely time and the resort if soooo toddler friendly! We booked the 2 story terrace plunge pool room- we absolutely loved ours. Enjoyed the terrace/pool daily at nap time. The water was not super warm, rather refreshing which we liked. We were in room 5257 and loved the view. There are 22 steps to get up to the second level We don’t even introduce our daughter to it so we placed the table in front of it on the balcony. rooms and balcony are soooo slippery. Daughter fell 3 times when we got there. Pack grippy socks-she has them on at all times Happy to report none of us got eaten alive my mosquitos. I was prepared with many types of bug spray and was fine. Was worried since it was rainy hurricane season. Imagine kids club - although outdoor areas were closed the inside is huge and we were pleasantly surprised. My 3 yo loved it in there. She would ask to go versus us taking her. There are different rooms inside the club- a soft play room, jungle gym area?m, pretend play areas with kitchens, tv cubbies, chalk boards, picnic tables for crafts etc. The kid okay rooms inside restaurants were amazing! At breakfast the walls were glass so we could sit and see our daughter plan while eating and enjoying mimosas. However, the outside flamingo playground is a joke. Basically 2 huge slides, one for ages 8 and up as climbing up it looks like a death trap. And 2 other things there that are wooden and useless. Most useless items on a playground I have seen and never saw a child playing on it. Kiddie pool with blue blob was great and kids splash pad. Finest Club- not sure you need it in September. It’s so quiet. Outside of access to restaurants I’m not sure if it was worth it. Beach- the sargassum in beach wasn’t bad. Looked like they moved it daily. Food- was decent. Not amazing however we are from NYC area so our standards are very high Service- it was very good. I find the culture is different than a place like Mexico. So if you’re looking for Mexico level service you will be disappointed. We adjusted our expectations slightly and were very pleased. Staff were so friendly to kids as well. Photography- we took family pictures at the resort w Alfonso and were very happy with the results and it ended up being a great deal compared to other resorts and private people I messaged. Transfers- seasons was amazing! So clean and friendly and overall a great deal that it was included

Beautiful resort.. the staff is top notch very attentive, professional, the true definition of going “the extra mile(s)”. The pools are clean, it’s so much fun for all ages, room service is great, their service overall was amazing. This is one of those place that you don’t want to leave, and while walking out already planning the next visit.

Always a good time. Good service and drinks are always flowing. The kids pool is always a blast and they love it!

I visited this hotel with my daughter and friends. We were here for a total of 7 days. We can compare because we have already been to Punta Cana. I will say the rating right at the beginning. We had high expectations. Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment for us and we will never return to this hotel. Why? Here are the reasons: Everything was probably wrong with this hotel. The check-in itself was terrible. I felt like no one wanted to help me. When booking a room, I asked for a quiet room, but I finally got it after 4 hours. Fortunately, I received an upgrade and a quiet room. So it was fine. Another disappointment for me was that the hotel was about 30% full and the entertainment was minimal. The biggest letdown is the main restaurant. There is very little food and the taste is very average. Old pastries instead of butter, ordinary margarine. The main restaurant is an extreme disappointment. The other restaurants were very average except for one, Dommo. It was really great. If you are not in the excellent club, you cannot visit it. What annoys me is that someone still wants feedback. But I absolutely did not understand why. No change has occurred. Everything here takes time. You want a paper box for a snack….that is a problem. They will say they will bring it and nothing. Well, that is the case throughout the hotel. Whatever you want, prepare your time! The alcohol also seemed weaker to me compared to, for example, Dreams Macao. We did not sleep well for the last 3 days. Many young people arrived and were very calm and had fun and drank in the corridors until the morning. Personally, I do not like it. On the beach, I noticed several broken glasses, probably from bottles in the sand. The beach here was not completely clean. Even the algae could be cleaned more. The cleaning was absolutely fine, even several times a day. In conclusion. This hotel, despite the higher price, is a complete fiasco for me. Very poor service, average food and an average beach. I will never return to this hotel.
