The location.Walking distance to the shops. Very comfortable.

The single beds in the second room was not firm at all My adult son had problems in having a good night's sleep.

Too old to dirty for all equipment, if charged high rates please upgrade some equipment every door cants closed because of carpet need adjustment for the door

"Pretty basic accomm considering the price"

Location

Smoke alarm in hallway battery needs replacing. Insinkerator does not work and was smelling of previous guests food sitting in it. The outside area was pretty untidy.
