Nice and cozy room. Great location, close to Nijo Station, from where you can get everywhere.

Poor soundproofing in the room, you can hear everything from the corridor.

Nice place, more like AirBnB style. room was quite spacious and futons comfortable even for a foreigner. There is AC in the room, if you are cold.

Bathroom was very tiny and property noisy in the evening, as there was a group of travelers having fun downstairs. But we did not mind, just used earplugs :)

It was perfectly clean and comfortable. Minimalist but very neat. Very good value for what we’ve paid.

The location was a bit off and it was a bit of a walk to the station, especially with luggage etc. not the best point for sightseeing and so forth.

The location was good, just in front of 2x supermarket and 10 minutes walk from the station. The building was very nice and neat. The room on the first floor was quite small, but aligned with the Japanese standard. The instructions provided to access the building were very clear.

The blankets weren't very clean. The bathroom was VERY small. It barely fitted one person.
