Onya Kaede

La casa Onya Kaede è molto bella, pulita, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La camera era molto pulita, e abbastanza grande. È stata una bella esperienza dormire sul tatami e sui futon. Comodi e confortevoli. Il bagno pulito e una bella doccia forte e calda. Gli ospiti che erano nelle altre camere erano molto silenziosi e rispettosi. C’è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia un po’ prima del check-in che dopo il checkout. Super consigliato!

Very bad sound proof, you can hear people talking clearly from corridors and other rooms. You can also hear the water whenever anyone in the hotel takes a shower, this woke me up 3 times in the morning. Station is a good 10 mins walk.The online check in procedure was a bit tricky, passport upload did not work on my phone and there is no other option for check in. Fortunately it worked on my husband's phone.

The location is perfect to move for all the tourists places in Kyoto

Communication with the staff was terrible, the first day we lost 40 minutes to tray to contact them for the password of the door , in additional the main door sometimes are unlocked during the night , please the communication is very important for the business Thanks

Es un hotel en el que puedes probar la experiencia de dormir en el suelo al estilo tradicional japones. Te ponen 2 futones por persona, se duerme realmente bien. Las instalaciones son modernas y funcionan correctamente

Hay muchos mosquitos (por lo menos en la época que estuve yo), llevad repelente

Està prop d'una estació. Ens van facilitar poder deixar l'equipatge abans del check in. Molt ben mantingut, amb una mica de cuina i rentadora.
