This property left my room open all day until I came back, I was on a work assignment, I had my personal property and work things in my room, I told the staff and no one could give me a answer or apologize to me so unprofessional!

It’s a great location to Carowinds amusement park and food stores are walking distance

Whole hotel had a really gross food smell. There were always a ton of people everywhere that lived there. Loud noises a lot. Mattress felt like an air mattress. No conditioner provided and no daily maid service. Price ended up being like a luxury hotel in Charlotte and I had picked this further away one to save money. For the price, I could have stayed at a cozy hotel in a better location that wouldn't have literally left a funky smell on my clothes.
