Not enough pillows!!! Also, wifi was out due to a tstorm

Other than it was close to where I need to be? Nothing.

The room smelled. Sheets didn't feel clean, had 3 pillows for 2 people so asked for an extra, they refused. People clearly living here which makes for a trashy environment. Breakfast was a cheap coffee machine, no food. People in the parking lot at all times of the day/night drinking and just being shady. Didn't feel safe. At checkout i went to leave out the door my car was out and the women refused me going back in cause it was locked and wanted me to walk around the entire building with my belongings in my hands. I told her that wasn't happening, I can simply had her the key back, it wasn't that big of a deal and she said to just keep the key, she didn't care so I unlocked the door and tossed it back on the counter and left. Definitely wasn't an ideal or acceptable place.

I didn’t have breakfast at all .. the location was ok

The check in was too long , very busy , customers were rude , and I had to wait until 11 pm to receive a clean towel

Nothing I cancelled my reservation at arrival the hotel agreed to a full refund. There were roaches broke furniture and blood stained mattress.

The facility was disgusting I cancelled my stay upon arrival. The front desk attendant verbally agreed to the cancellation to myself and on a phone call from the booking. Com rep as well
