The room was very clean. I will give the staff credit for that, however general maintenance of the room was not good. Shower curtain rail was about to fall off, no hair dryer, no iron board (but was a rack for it and an iron), no sink stopper, mold on ceiling in bathroom, door dead bolt could not work due to door frame being off, security lock missing, shower head was loose, etc. In addition, the front desk entrance was locked/not staffed and needed a door bell or phone call to a number on the door.

Expedia’s exterior property photo is bogus. Also listed as “free breakfast.” There was NO breakfast. NO coffee in the lobby, and NO coffee pot in the room. Maintenance neglected Room had missing trim and poorly patched holes in the walls. Noisy AC compressor after five minutes running, and old mattresses. It was clean, tho, and pillows seemed new. Both Expedia and Wyndham should be ashamed at false/incorrect advertising and room 113’s poor condition.

They were remodeling there was bare sheet rock in the bathroom, the shower head was loose from the wall, the toilet leaked around the base.

Listing said breakfast was included -- hasn't been for a long time -- night clerk said, "Oh, he was supposed to take that down a long time ago." No coffee in rooms. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Sheets were threadbare, towels were too. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Stayed here 40 years ago on honeymoon -- disappointed. Only positive is that the view is nice after all the trucks leave.

There was no smoke detector, wall paper and ceiling was peeling, complimentary breakfast and pool were out of service. I understand its under new ownership and in the middle of an update but not great.
