Had reserved king. Not available when arrived. No coffee maker as advertised. No breakfast at all as advertised. Pool not working. No phone to contact desk. Much, much need of repairs. Shower curtain dirty.

"Disappointing"

This hotel staff was not available to check us in. It took 30 minutes to get them to answer the phone while we sat outside the hotel waiting to check in. Then we got 2 rooms on different floors instead of close to each other. Overall, very disappointing.

Was in horrible shape. Shower didn’t work. It was noisy. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was dirty. Leaks in the ceiling. Need to take off your list.

The friendliest staff. I was very impressed with the staff. Our TV did not work when we arrived but I went to the front desk and someone came immediately and showed us what was wrong and fixed it. I've stayed here a few times when I come to Batesville to visit my great nephew. The view from the motel is awesome.

"Good stay at a great price."

Everything with the stay was good. The service was outstanding. The room was decent, it was clean and a good bargain for what we paid. The room wasn't spectacular. It was clean enough, but did look like it was aging.
