Toilet was broke. Went to the front desk and they said nothing they could do about it, said they didn't have any more rooms and they would look into it the next day. We were only staying the 1 night. Booked another hotel and left.

"I did not get to stay they cancel my reservation with 1 hour notice."

I was told one hour before checking that they were overbooked and cancel my reservation. My husband called and talked to the manager. The manager was rude and said go ahead and call corporate. I had people coming from Abilene, TX to stay in this room. They were already on there way. They should not had confirmed my reservation. I had to hurry to find another room for my friends that were coming from out of town.
