"Avoid staying here"

The front desk was closed when I arrived to check-in and the hallways and elevator smelled liked marijuana. My non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. I moved to another room and the television didn't work. I moved to a third room and it was finally ok. I stayed one night and then moved to the nearby Best Western in Roanoke and it was wonderful. I would avoid staying at this hotel.

Nothing

There was no one there to give me my room key and waited 10 minutes on the phone before leaving since no one would answer. Then I get charged over 80 dollars for booking a reservation and have no one there to handle it...
