Love it here would recommend. I stayed for a week and it was really nice and the rooms are very spacious.

After I reserved the room and paid, the hotel sold the room to someone else. When I arrived they told me there are no vacancies. What is the point of a paid reservation if the reservation is not honored? This is a terrible business practice as well as the exact opposit of customer service. The fundamentals of the hotel business is to provide a room. They failed. The fundamentals of your business is to provide a reservation that is honored. You failed!

I liked the amenities like the stove etc. and all the storage space.

The staff really ruined this experience for me. Right off the bat i had just arrived in dallas after driving for hours and at check-in i asked the staff where the bathroom was and they lied to me and told me the only bathroom available was in our room. Then at one point i asked for an extra pillow bc there were only 3 and was told it wouldn’t be possible and was offered pillowcases instead…. The cherry on top for me was an hour before we were supposed to check out maintenance came by wanted to do work on our room when we were trying to get our stuff together and i had to ask them to leave. Ive never had such a bad experience all around with every staff member i interacted with at a hotel in my life. The bathroom was dirty as well.

Didn't find out until I was finished with my work in the area and was ready to check out that they have a no refund policy. Had a discussion with the front desk concerning my last week, whether I would be there a full week or not. Never once mentioned this policy to me. I paid from my own pocket for a week, only needed three nights. No refund for the other nights. Isn't this a form of robbery?

No problems with my stay

The front desk lady was really nice and the area was clean, however one of our beds had a very thin decorative cover and no real blanket, the halls smelled strongly of marijuana smoke although it wasn’t in our room luckily. We put that we had three people and still only got two towels and wash cloths and no hand towels. My brother was staying there as well and had no towels, no shower curtain. And the trash cans were full and we had to empty them from the previous people. The front desk closes at a certain time so there was no real way to remedy this. In addition to all that- I was charged an additional $85 for the room that I had already paid for. This was not for incidentals which I clarified when she charged it. I told her I already paid for the room through hotels.com and she assured me it didn’t charge until she put it through on the computer- this was false and I now have both charges on my card. There were children running back and forth all night and no curtains just blinds so the room was bright all night. I spent $100+ on this room and there’s no complimentary breakfast either, it just seems like a lot for such little amenities.
