Customer service was poor at best. The lady at the front desk has no business being in a customer facing position. We were given a room key to a room that was already occupied by a long term tenant, walked right into their personal lives. Informed the front desk lady, she never apologized or owned her mistake. Lesson learned. Hotels.com should remove this listing as an option

Convenient to our destination. Free coffee and tea area in entrance. Spacious room. Quiet. Easy parking.

Strong smell of cleaning products in the communal areas. Vending machine often empty. Nothing in walking distance. No hair dryers available.
