Staff were excellent and very friendly.

The limited well cooked meals

The place is noisy from the nearby road, there was no hot water available, the air conditioners were not working properly

The overall landscaping and ambience

The hotel didn't explain their power issues where the gysers are turned on at specific times. We had to ask for gyser to be connected only to have it turned off in the morning without notifying us. Mind you, this is the cold season. This caused us to late check out and front desk was acting like it was intentional

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

The rooms were dark and not very cosy. The stay was cheap but lacked some things. WiFi was unstable, at one point there was no water and the tv didn’t work. And we didn’t get much info upon arrival about were the different areas within Sandy’s creations were located at.

aircon/heating 24 hour power due to generator bed & bedding very comfortable there is a room safe for valuables fridge, kettle & water, tea and coffee in room plenty parking space conveniently located good security lovely gardens & pool

Unfriendly and phone focused front desk manageress when arrived room smelt moldy no water for the afternoon we arrived due to maintenance of water pipe; that would have been ok if we had been told about it on arrival but there was no communication to warn us no hot water when main electricity supply was off - geysers obviously don't heat up on generator, but no communication to us about it and how to plan or what to expect phone to reception in room was disconnected and hence not working

Second time here and it did not disappoint. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The grounds are well kept and relaxing. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need.

The only thing negative was the air conditioning unit was slightly hit and miss whether it worked or not in the chalet. This wasn't a big deal though as the weather wasn't exceptionally warm this time of year.
