The room phones are not functional, full of noise, and must change the technology to better assist the customers. The lack of enough bath towels for a couple. It's so uncomfortable to deal with a single towel the whole day. There are no decent soaps in the toilet. The toilet flush system is very weak, need review urgently. The maintenance staff coming in the morning to do some works while the customers are still sleeping. Need better plan for that. Nowadays, these facilities come with USB power sockets for phone charges, maybe thinking of implementing the same to assist customers. More customer care approach when it comes to get the customers fully served, sharing valuable information such as available activities and others, etc...
