Phoenix Hotel Liverpool

Friendly staff, great location for the Isle of Man ferry terminal. (9 mins away). Super comfortable, spacious rooms. We came back and stayed another two nights after our Isle of Man trip and used the Phoenix as a base to explore Liverpool.

We inadvertently picked an arrival time which coincided with the end of the last match of the season at Anfield...and the hotel is very near the ground so pretty busy on arrival however the staff were super helpful and welcoming. So just be aware of that.

Was really beautiful rooms we enjoyed our stay we explored a little part of the town centre the day we arrived and did the anfield stadium tour the next day and the staff were amazingly accommodating by looking after our luggage while we did the stadium tour. We have had the best time in Liverpool.

Only thing I would say it need an extra toilet roll in the room as it was only half a roll but we brought our own anyways so it didn't effect our stay.

Great location , very helpful staff . Rooms ideal for our requiements .

It’s not a ‘didn’t like’ , just a comment . Would of been good to have two large & small towels for each room , rather than the one
