To be honest it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel

We had no toilet paper… we had to ask. We had to give our card Detials for £150 security deposit The room had no window which would had been fine but it smelt like damp. The tv didn’t work when we told the staff she said oh yes it has been reported! Parking is advertised however not one space available

The property is lovely very clean and good for your money!

We was told that we could pay cash for the deposit then when we got there told we couldn’t. Also I found the deposit quite a high deposit to pay it was 150 but we did get it down to 50. But we are still waiting for are deposits back and it’s been 4 weeks now and when we call up they just say it should be with us but still isn’t.

It was cosy, I loved the outdoor part with the lights

Didn’t have anywhere to eat but it was easy enough to order food to the hotel
