Acceptance of Terms and Conditions – Upon booking your room you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. A further copy will be provided on check in. For purposes of identification verification – the card used to pay for your stay must be presented on check in. Photographic ID is also requested, acceptable forms of ID are: - Passport - Drivers license - ID card If you are unable to provide identification the Phenix Hotel Liverpool reserve the right to refuse access to the room.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
