"Great Garden Inn Utica Stay"

The Hilton Garden Inn Utica is a relatively new facility. The decor is modern, clean and attractive. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. When we got to our assigned room, we noticed that our a/c unit was making a great deal of noise. We were quickly relocated to another room close by. We had our two cats with us which is allowable with a non-refundable deposit which was very reasonable. The rooms are very spacious. Large bathroom and closet with extra shelving in the closet. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I used the fitness room each morning and was impressed by the amount of modern and up to date equipment. For our ten day stay, it was perfect. It is in a nice area close to shopping and dining, and we always felts safe. We had $10 vouchers to spend for breakfast, bar, or store, but we just ate the continental breakfast which we weren’t charged for. That was the only negative….the breakfast bread and pastries were very dry. Overall, I would definitely stay at this Garden Inn again.

This is a new hotel, so very nice and modern setup/layout. Very nice, kind staff that will go the extra mile. Room was very nice and very clean. This hotel is in a nice, safe location, and didn't see anything concerning going on around it. The breakfast could've had some more options other than a quick "grab and go".
