Amazing hotel, will definitely stay there again

I have never been so insulted/humiliated in my life. Rarely do I write a review but in this case I felt it very necessary to speak out. I was literally told that Even with my clothes in my room, and despite the fact my stay was totally paid, I could not stay . All because my res was booked online. Most of the staff was amazing. The one person who was absolutely deplorable was the General manager. He was extremely rude and condescending. Never would I wish that type of, dare I say racist behavior, on anyone. I literally went to get lunch he intercedes and it went downhill from there. The location is actually nice. Most of the staff was awesome. But this guy seemed to have some sort of power trip. Run don't walk away from this horrible facsimile of a GM. Someone needs to teach him some people skills. Not the treatment I expected being a Diamond member. Update…since my first review on google the GM wrote a very egotistical response to my review. Of which shorty after he deleted. Obviously his boss must have Intervened. Fortunately I captured a screenshot before it was deleted. If this hotel does not do right by me it will be released.

Brand new hotel ! Beautiful & clean. We were in from out of state for a funeral. The location is fantastic close to, restaurants and shopping. Also the highway is close and easy to get too. The day front desk staff were great and Tiara from housekeeping was fantastic and accommodating. The room was very spacious lots of closet space and large bathroom that was very well lit. The beds and linens were so soft and good quality. I rated it a 4 because the bar & restaurant were not fully up and running. We were able to get breakfast that was a plus. They do not have a pool at this location. Nighttime staff should be more attentive to the customers coming and going . Besides that we’d stay again .

Clean and nice property.

Property is very clean and updated. Plenty of parking at the location. Lobby is very open and welcoming with many seating areas. There is a small lobby bar with a good selection of wine beer and spirits. Bartender was great too! Small snack area where you can purchase snack foods or a salad or sandwiche. Breakfast is available for $10 per adult and a lesser charge for kids. We didn’t use that though. Room was hugely spacious and very well laid out. Bed was super comfortable! We were really pleased with our stay.

After a disappointing booked-stay at a nearby hotel, I switched to the Hilton Garden Inn. My expectations were set pretty low because of the previous hotel, but this location was immaculate. It smells great, extremely clean and the rooms were so cozy and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were a great size. I was in town for business, but I was able to relax and enjoy the clean, cozy room for a short period of time. I would definitely pick this hotel of any other local hotel in the future. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

In town for a quick over night trip and I was very impressed with this hotel. It's location is very convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping. I received great service, he hotel and my room were very clean and breakfast was great! Would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel while in town visiting family. The property is fairly new and still feels clean and fresh. We had a two queen bed room. It was comfortable and had plenty of space to move around. There is a large closet that provided space to unpack and even get dressed. The bathroom was a comfortable size. The room has a coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave. Pretty much what we needed to sleep there and be comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was very simple, especially if you have the Hilton app. There is a small market in the lobby along with a nice area for eating breakfast and a bar for the evening. The fitness center was fine with dumbbells from 5 lbs to about 60lbs along with a few treadmills, weight bench, fitness cycle and pull up weight machine. It did not have yoga mats or exercise balls. There is not a pool at this property. This is a very comfortable place to stay and sleep. It’s not a property where you can pass the day away hanging out. The location is excellent with tons of shopping and restaurants super close. I’d stay here again.
