St Martins 2 Bedroom Apartments in Ruislip By 360 Stays

The apartment was decorated lovely. Very close to transport into London/ Wembley. Plenty of kitchen utensils to use. Not too much noise on a night. Bathrooms incredibly clean. Plenty storage in apartment for longer stays.

There was no permit in the apartment when I arrived. Some staff answering me advised to leave car in car park and it would be sorted. Later in the day they told me I had to go move the car or would get a ticket. Car park very narrow for large 4x4 vehicles depending on bay given and if other cars already parked. One drawer in bedroom smelled like cannabis had been stored in there. Kitchen had half used food and drink in from previous people.

Never stayed was told we were double booked. Still waiting for promised refund to my c=card

The property was very spacious and safe. Very near the tube station.

On arrival we had difficulties in gaining access. We had not been given the code to get through the initial gates, luckily another resident came along and helped us out. The keys were not left where we had been told, on contacting the help line we were advised of a second key , which was in an unlit dark area .

The property was spot on, clean and lovely. We made sure to leave the property in good condition once we left so it wasn’t hard work for the cleaner. However, that £200 deposit fee u pay it’s been nearly 2 weeks and haven’t got anything back. Every time I stay and pay a deposit on booking.com, you get it back within the next 3-5 days We phoned booking.com twice and the first time we was told the company FORGOT to send it pretty much. Beyond a joke Still chasing this deposit up 2 weeks later and received nothing…

Location near by, for our family funeral

Flase advertising, property doesn't comfortably fit 6 people. We expected a blue sofa bed but was given a dusty brown leather sofa. There was a leak in the main bathroom which caused a foul damp smell.

The property was outstanding. Clean, great size and brilliant location. The cleaner needs recognition for what she does. She was extremely helpful, polite and very caring.

أنصح بعدم التعامل مع السيدة المسؤولة عن الشقة سيئة للغاية وتعاملها جداً سيء والحذر الحذر من التعامل معها ارسلت لي فورم عبيت فيه البيانات وذكرت اسماء العائلة فسه وألزمتني بدفع 200 باوند إضافة لقيمة الإيجار بحجة انه أني لم أذكر أسماء الأطفال يعني مستأجر غرفتين وصالة لمن لي ولزوجتي فقط مع العلم اني ذكرت اسماء الاطفال فس الفورم المرسل لي من قبلها ولكن حجتها انه بخيار بوكينغ لم اذكر انه معي اطفال وهذا سقط سهواً للأمانة تعاملها سيء وطلباتها كثيرة تكرهك بالسكن
