Best hotel we stayed at so far. Exceptional service. Top notch facilities. The staff were super helpful. We were given a free upgrade as well. The Serenity Spa on the site was really good. The receptionist over there even volunteered to babysit our 2 year old to allow my wife and I to enjoy the facility. The view from the room was just superb- the beach and the Haolong Bay. Just mind-blowing.

The new hotel in the best place of Halong. Very clean and calm beach like on an island. Beautiful sea view from the hotel. Breakfast is ok, Spa and massage recommended. Same price no need to go outside. I stronly rcommend this hotel. We will be back there.

They have the sound of silence and 5 other sad songs on repeat all day long. Was ironic because my girlfriend hurt her arm during the stay
