The hotel staff were amazing. They even helped me find mechanic for my motorcycle

nothing was open, no restaurants, drinks, room service and no sky bar, we are vegetarian so picked the hotel as it had a buffet breakfast but this was not provided. we ended up with bread and jam sent to the room as the only other option was pho (meat). we advised we were unhappy and the staff arranged for meat free spaghetti to be sent for breakfast also, appreciated the efforts but it’s not what we wanted. i understand the hotel was quiet hence the facilities closed but this should be advised before booking, if we had been told even at check in we wouldn’t have stayed there. the hotel dealt with our issues as best the staff could but it’s not fair to falsely advertise the hotels facilities when people go for a holiday. The room could also have been cleaner, there was dirty water lines around the bath where it hadn’t been cleaned, hair on the floor that wasn’t ours and dirty finger marks in the bathroom. it has the making of a nice hotel so it is a shame. hopefully it can be improved quickly to give others a better experience.

お部屋からハロン湾の景色も見えて，清潔なお部屋で満足しました。 残念だったのは、レストランなどが、コロナ禍のせいか、全部クローズだった事です。近くにレストランなどもないようで、近くのコンビニで買ったもので、夕飯を済ます事になりました。

We love staying here and will coming back next year. the room had curve, big window which a plus for is has breath taking view. Except the apartment is a little block ... view. I wish by the time I come back . the view is the same... no high building to block this hotel. The room's lay out, furniture.... bathroom... there is nothing to complain....

I wish there is iron in the room
