"Muy bien!"

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos de la estación de trenes de Sorrento, desde donde también salen los buses para Positano y Amalfi, lo que lo hace muy funcional. Además, está cerca del centro de Sorrento, donde encuentras de todos. Que el acceso esté todo automatizado (check in) lo hace muy cómodo, no dependes de horarios ni de terceros.

"Nice and comfortable"

Shower pressure was great, bed comfortable and room spacious.

It’s expensive for what it is, however the location is nice and central (approx 10-15min walk from train station).

The location was great. It had an elevator to go to the 4th floor which was nice. This room had a lovely balcony.

It was a nice modern room but I could tell it’s starting to loose its charm by not being kept up. A little maintenance (peeling paint in the bathroom) and stepping up the cleaning (deep cleaning, details) to the next level would certainly help keep it going nicely.

Very clean, Good location Easy to get in and out of. Allowed us to check in early and were super friendly.

Bed moved away from the wall a lot. Didn’t see any staff apart from when first arrived.

It was just a five-minute walk from the station. We arrived at 9 AM, and the housekeeper was still cleaning the room, but she allowed us to leave our bags. We are staying in Room 2, which is spacious and has a balcony, a mini fridge, a cabinet, and a queen-sized bed. We were also able to use the utensils in the common area.

Overall, it was nice. However, I noticed that the housekeeper did not mop or vacuum the floor. After walking around the room, my feet were covered in dirt. The kettle was not clean, and the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. Also, the air conditioning was broken—it automatically powered off after five minutes and would turn back on after a minute, but it wasn’t cooling the room effectively.
