Room was clean, good location.

No Soap or shampoo in the room.

The place was dirty and the smell was really disgusting The hostess was rude There wasn’t even soap to wash your hands

Other than the photos being a bit misleading (see below) - A lovely clean room and a great location that was within a short walk to Sorrento town centre. Staff were very friendly.

The photos of the property are misleading. It is not a private space - the main photo shows the "shared space" that is shared with 3 apartments. You only get a room (with your own bathroom). This isn't included in the description at the time of writing. There is also no fridge, just a wine cooler that only cools to about 18 degrees (not enough to keep a drink cold or for hygenic purposes). The air conditioner is OK but it struggled to get the room below about 26 degrees.

The building is very old, no lighting on the ground floor and corridors. The lyft, doesnt work. I had to climb 4 floors with 4 heavy luggages. kitchen and living room are shared. This was not clear in the advertisement.

Great location. Walking distance from Piazza Tasso. Beds are comfortable.

-Toilet in Room 2 takes 25 minutes to refill the tank after a single flush. You can’t flush the toilet more than once every 25 minutes which makes for some very inconvenient circumstances. Room 1 is fine. -Elevator works but doesn’t work for the 4th floor where the unit is located (door won’t open) so you have to get it from the 3rd or 5th floor. Tenants on both of those floors are appropriately upset at guests making noise on their floors. -Room 2’s has a constant stench emanating from the bathroom that greets you as soon as you enter the room. -the minibar is an empty fridge with very limited cooling power. Not cold enough to keep food at sanitary temperatures. -the breakfast is at a cafe that’s a 12 minute walk. Their food and drinks are amazing but you do have to walk if you want breakfast every morning

Shared kitchen was very handy with dining room. The kitchen had everything you needed. Location was on the main corsa, close to the train station and the historic lanes plus marina. The building had a lift, so convenient and appreciated after staying at several b and b's with no lift.

The room wasn't made up after our first night, and we had to ask for more toilet paper. The floor was dirty...my 6 yr old son scrambles about every where and after his usual shuffling about on the floor, his socks were filthy.

The room was large, clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect. Though on a busy road, you couldn’t hear the traffic. Walking distance to train station, center of town, port and near plenty of restaurants. (Note:if arriving by ferry, use the port elevator all the way to the right. Ask or look for signs! It’s way better than dragging your bags up tons of steps!!) The ‘breakfast’ is provided by a busy deli/restaurant across the street by exchanging a coupon for whatever you want. The manager, Guiseppe, is really informative and even works in a travel agency next door. He provided excellent information.

Everything was wonderful! Only suggestion would be to place a couple of chairs on the deck so people can relax outside after a day of touring.

Large bedroom and bathroom, comfortable and very clean. Shared kitchen and living room also clean and well equipped. Nice included breakfast at lively coffee shop across street . Very good location 4 minute walk from train and bus station. Very nice and helpful owner.
