Lavila Homestay Hoi An

It’s was really close to the Old Quarter. The room was spacious. The owner was a really nice lady. Even her kids always greeted me nicely whenever they saw me. You had an option to choose from for breakfast, it was ok.

Besides my room the rest of the house was warm and humid since the entrance was open all day.

A wonderful property situated close to the old quarter bars and restaurants. The lady running it could not of been more friendly or helpful and was a pleasure to meet.

Excellent location and helpful host

The location is great, in a quiet street but 3min walking to the old town! Mrs Thuy is an incredible host, very nice and helpful! Breakfast was delicious.

Some bedrooms don’t have windows, just be aware of it

Nice new designed room and bathroom. The lady owner arranges every whishes.

No hot water every time. Breakfast very poor. No fridge in the room, or on common places. Take care when booking, there are rooms without window.

Loved our stay here. Thủy, the owner, is one of the best people we’ve met in Vietnam. So friendly & went above and beyond for our stay. Lovely breakfast cooked every morning (we had the fried eggs & fruit salad) and helped us book buses & attractions.

Good location to the oldtown, free breakfast with good coffee. The host is very helpful and friendly. ì also rent the bike from the host's suggestion, and the guard helped to take care of it all the time.

There is no elevator, no AC in the bathroom. We saw ants in the toilet, a few of them even got into my cosmetics bag.

This homestay was a lifesaver. We booked one of the cheaper room ( i would pay the extra £ for rooms with a window). Breakfast was amazing. The host was super. I got very ill during my stay and she went above and beyond to help me. Made me rice porriage for food during the day, and even bought my husband a bahn mi as we coulsnt go out for lunch. Gave us lots of ginger tea and even made us a snack bag for our onward journey. I have 0 bad words for this homestay. Location is great to, my husband enjoyed the balcony and it was very safe. Comfy beds, great TV. The host made if for us! book it! Safe for single travellers and familys. We booked tour through homestay and this was very good!

nothing! we had the best time! never felt so looked after especially as i was so poorly. She even text us checking we were okay in our next destinations!

Location was very good, near to Hoi An old city, 5 minutes by walk. Room was very big.
