Lavila Homestay Hoi An

The owner was very friendly and helpful. A few steps from the river and the old town :)

The Host Mrs. Thuy is great. She helped us with further busses and we had nice chats with her. Also the location is great, just a view minutes to the the center. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was very nice. The location was great, close to the city center and restaurants. The place was clean. The desk and chair is a great addition to do some work. The highlight is the people. The hostess is very nice, funny and sweet. She speaks great english and can help with buses, tours and transfers. During my stay I had the chance to meet the owner and his family. They are very pleasant people and they even invited me to dinner and watch the world cup. Highly recommend!

A nice clean room with plenty of space and a good sized bathroom. The building is quite new and well-maintained. It is walking distance from ancient town so easy to stroll in. The best part of my stay was the hostess- she was so accommodating, friendly and went out of her way to make my stay pleasant despite the rain! She organised a taxi to the airport and gave lots of good information on tourist places to visit. The doorman was also lovely- overall the perfect place to stay in Hoi An with amazing staff! I can’t wait to come back in the summer time :)

The alley to get into the property is a bit small for car to enter. The bathroom has a "window" views to outside, you need to close the curtain before using, but if you didn't notice it at first, you may use the bathroom without closing the curtain
