The Station Guest House

The host was excellent and all the staff were 10 out of 10.

Nothing to not like.

Excellent location within easy reach of Sutton Hoo. The shed where the replica of the Viking longboat is being constructed is a few minutes walk away from the guest house. Our room overlooked the river - a stunning view! Plenty of parking space. Good breakfast menu at the guesthouse and good pubs nearby for evening meals.

The location could not be better. My room overlooked the River Deben and the Quay. The other way you are virtually on top of the town centre. I was not disturbed by the trains which are modern and therefore quiet. Being at the station there is a large car park albeit chargeable. The wifi was excellent and the room very comfortable. I had the full english breakfast which I enjoyed.
