Urban Elephant. The Docklands

L'emplacement est très pratique, a proximité du waterfront et l'appartement correspond à la description. L'accueil par le personnel (Laz) était très bien, très informatif et bienveillant. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Le personnel de sécurité de l'immeuble (indépendant) qui fait office d'accueil n'était pas très avenant, il etait compliqué d'obtenir la moindre information (fonctionnement du parking par exemple).

Great value for money. Large area but small 4 poster bed. Facilities great and 10 minute walk or 2minute uber to water front area.

It was a cute place, 15 minute walk from the V&A storefront. It was a modern and secure apartment with nice decor and access to a rooftop pool.

There was no heating in the living area and it was freezing!! The temp didn't go above 23 degrees, which was too hot in the bedroom but not hot enough to get to the lounge area. There were limited coffee supplies and they didn't restock them. The oven didn't work and the bathroom floods. I think it's getting a bit old and just needs some maintenance.

El personal de recepció molt atent, hi ha vigilància a l’entrada. Rentador, rentaplats i forn entre altres coses. Ben equipat, amb detalls com sabó, cafè, te, sucre…

El lavabo estava una mica brut, una llàstima perquè ja et fa tenir una mala impressió quan la resta de coses estan força bé. Per dos persones està bé però per quatre queda una mica just.

Ottima soluzione per Cape Town, in posizione ottima vicinissimo al Waterfront e in zona sicura da girare a piedi di giorno. A due minuti di auto ci sono centro commerciale con supermercato e pompa di benzina. La struttura offre ottimi servizi come terrazza con vista, con piscina e barbecue, da sfruttare in stagione favorevole. Cucina ben fornita, con anche lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ottimo parcheggio interno, dal quale si accede direttamente all'ascensore senza tornare in strada. Reception e custodi del garage H24. Staff molto gentile. Ci tornerei.

La cassaforte non era utilizzabile. Pulizia leggermente carente, credevamo fosse dovuto al check in anticipato che ci hanno concesso (anche se noi avremmo lasciato solo i bagagli, senza problemi), ma poi abbiamo chiesto una pulizia il giorno dopo e non è cambiato granché. Appartamento un po' poco silenzioso, si sentivano le voci delle persone nei corridoi e sui balconi.

Quiet location, unit just what we needed for the overnight stay! Secure parking and very good security!
