Urban Elephant. The Docklands

Location was superb

I liked the area.

The room was filthy and the carpet needed to be changed. The mop was filthy I couldn't even use it to clean.

The accommodation was self catering.

There isn't anything that I did not like except for the poster bed. The poles make the room appear smaller and we had to move around them to get into bed.

Couch was not clean and had a very bad smell

Provides you with everything. I’ve stayed in apartments before which do not leave you any laundry or washing liquids, here they did. Location superb, so clean & modern.

Lack of instruction in getting the key card & returning it. I gave it to reception on leaving but was firmly told I should have left it in the key safe on my door.

The bed and pillows were horrible.
