"Downgraded our room with no compensation my daughter has marks on her back from sofa bed."

After paying for the room months in advance, they downgraded us from two queens to a sofa bed and a queen. My daughter still has marks on her back from the sofa bed. A once-in-a-lifetime trip with my daughters, and it was horrible due to the room.

"birthday trip!"

my first time in chicago, birthday trip too. i was skeptical about the area after searching online but i had a wonderful time here and i felt safe! it's about 12 minutes from the city, so not too bad either but i wouldn't walk there. the room was amazing and so spacious. loved every bit of it
