Clean beautiful design and good food.

The hotel is big and beautiful and ideal location for our purposes. The breakfast is not great but I didn't expect it to be. It is not kid friendly but manageable. Most likely not staying here again when we return next year with the family.

I have to a knowledge the exceptional service I received from Alondra Friday evening upon check-in. There was a little mess up in my reservation and she went over and above to move things around and take care of the four rooms I needed, which were an absolute necessity as we were here for a graduation. She was kind, professional, incredibly efficient, and patient throughout the whole process. I am a dedicated customer to Hyatt. because of employees like Alondra.

Beautiful facade. Very impressive upon arrival. History that it was the Cook County Hospital and its museum was very interesting. Staff was Excellent!

Clean and as expected. Mireya was the front desk lady that checked us in and was great. She helped us with issues we were having and made our check in, and stay, amazing.

The staff was perfectly lovely - would legitimately rival The Ritz-Carlton in the care and consideration. I had a special occasion and the zipper on my dress broke and Elizabeth, one of the manager, literally helped fix the zipper with a sewing kit. Everyone was attentive and professional. The rooms were large and while a bit basic, the second-level lobby area was large and gorgeous

The hotel is the former Cook County Hospital that has been converted to a very nice Hyatt. The renovation has been tastefully done. The rooms are large and quiet. Great shower. We were able to take the Blue line directly to the hotel which was a bargain at $5 each rather than an Uber or a cab. The front desk staff is superb - helpful and friendly. If I was attending another event at the United Center I would definitely return.

No real restaurant on the premises and nearby restaurants are scarce although the hotel provides free breakfast which is an unusual perk for a hotel.
