Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort

Very pleasant stay at Sheraton Kosgoda. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing view from the room, our 2 year old baby meals for 2 full days were all diligently taken care by Ms. Umeshika and team with great smiles. We will definitely recommend this hotel for friends and families.

The hotel and the staff is pretty good. Particularly housekeeping staff like Maleesha, Shaluka and staff like Selan make your stay memorable with their humble nature and on point hospitality

This was my 4th visit in the few years since opening (of this 1st or 2nd Marriot Bonoy properties in Sri lanka) - love the hospitality, from the gate as you enter, taken in with a welcome dance and guest services thru out the stay. My family would indulge in the buffet spreads or a decent sized snack at the pool side cafe.. As always we enjoy the long walk in the beach to the south side - dont forget to enjoy the views from roof top (get to the top floor from elevtor and then take stairs up another floor) or gardens to the side of 6t floor.....amazing views of coconut gardens and sea from the top! Got to say we were happy to meet a lot of local youth who entered the hotel trade via this hotel!

We visited this hotel last weekend with our family and a few friends. To be honest, everyone at the hotel always greeted us with a smile. All our needs were met without fail. The food menu consisted of everything from Sri Lankan food to Indian food to Italian food. Everyone working in the kitchen was very diligent and kind. We had 6 children in our group. The kids activity center that was set up for the children in the hotel was also very useful for us The lady there, Ifra, took great care of the children and organized each activity for them. The children loved it and spent a lot of time there during the two days we stayed. Thank you sheraton

Last weekend, our annual office trip was to Sheraton Kosgoda and we had a fantastic time. The hotel itself was very comfortable and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. One highlight was the “Little Hatchlings” unit for toddlers. My child absolutely loved spending time there. ‘Ifra’ who was there at little hatchlings was incredibly pleasant, attentive and did an excellent job looking after the kids. It gave us peace of mind knowing our little ones were in such good hands. Overall the hotel staff were welcoming and professional, and the facilities were well maintained. I highly recommend Sheraton Kosgoda for families and groups looking for a relaxing and well managed stay.

Excellent guide Dulshan works on the shore of Sheraton Beach in Kosgoda, we went with him to the national park Wonderful hotel, gorgeous views of the beach, very cool staff, thank you very much! I was there with my wife, and there are also some great guys working on the beach.

Firstly we would like to thank Dinesh who was the first Hotel employee who went out of his way to make us welcome The service he provided was very professional and attentive to our need around the pool. One of the many friendly members of the team here at the Hotel. Cannot thank Dinesh enough and will miss his Happy Go Lucky Style during our stay.

Wonderful staff! Extremely kind, helpful, and attentive employees. Always smiling! Never before (and I’ve been traveling a lot for many years) have I met people as kind as those in Sri Lanka. This was our biggest surprise and the main source of our fondest memories from this hotel! Usually, I don’t remember the hotels where I spend my vacations, but this one I will always remember for that reason! And for that reason – I sincerely recommend it. A very pleasant and beautiful hotel with a peaceful atmosphere and no crowds. Wonderfully located by the ocean. From the rooftop viewing terrace – an impressive view of the Indian Ocean and the jungle surrounding the hotel! Secured with nets to prevent wild animals such as crocodiles or monitor lizards from entering the grounds. Very close to a turtle hatchery, which we highly recommend visiting. The rooms are nice. There are a few mosquitoes inside – it’s worth using good repellents even at the hotel (as in any other hotel in Sri Lanka). It’s not a new hotel, but the conditions inside are still satisfactory. The rooms are nice and quiet. Worth its price.
