Hotel Bluestone

Hotel was very run down, broken sink,hole in bathroom door,hole in the wall. Pool had no water in it, musty smell to the whole place.

No TV service and the check inn guy is very rude!!! I went down the road to another hotel

We were given room 114. We were shocked as soon as walking in. The room greasy smell made us nauseating. We had to turn on the AC and bathroom fan throughout the whole night. There was no hot water for the sink due to the faucet was broken off and laid on the side. The bathroom walls were full of water marks and mold, there was even a hole on the shower wall (3" x6"), a towel rack was partially off the wall, toilet holder was broken, toilet seat was also broken, toilet bowl was so filthy, bathroom light bulb was out, the tile floor and carpet were so dirty, the bed sheets looked like used and unwashed.......... We were too tired to fight or ask for another room when checked in so late. Next morning, we took a lot of photos as evidence. Does this facility staff ever maintain or clean this room? How could this place pass health inspections? Stay from this garbage dump by all means!!!

Waited 20 min for the clerk to show up, he wouldn't answer his phone. He gave me a filthy uncleaned room. Told him so, had to wait another hour till the room was clean.

Ok if this place was painted it would look beautiful and a little cleaner in my room, other than that I had to stay here because my husband was in the hospital nearby, the room was very comfortable the furniture was nice my bedding and towels smelt CLEAN If I had to I’d stay here again

The guy at the desk. Said I can’t come back because I asked for another room. Since the one in my room was broken. I should call whoever does inspections on that place. The guy at the desk deserves to be fired

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The back door was left open. Only a few trains during the night.

The property is a one star at best. Sheets can be stained and if your lucky you may get rest unless meth heads are partying next door. Walls are as thin as paper. Spend 20 bucks more at another hotel for peace of mind.

Dirty especially the sheets. It smelled really bad. Horrible experience. I arrived very late and couldn't rest peacefully and got up at 3 am in the night to resume my trip. So far the worst hotel i ever had. This place should not be listed on a credible website.

The price range was alrite... rooms were okay can't complain about anything.
