Hotel Bluestone

We chose a non-smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. I had no microwave in my room, the restroom/shower function but it needs upgrades.

Tv was not working for our entire stay. And towels were thin and grundgy. No breakfast. Other then that it was ok.

People slamming doors. Also no smoking room heater turned on was full of smoke smell

Paper thin walls. Could hear the neighbors tv at midnight. Also there was something on the sheets that suspiciously looked like dried blood.

Bedding seemed clean and heat/ ac worked. Hotel was shabby and old/outdated. Baseboards coming off the wall in the halls. First room had bathroom door locked and was unable to get in so clerk gave me another room. Second room had hole in wall and headboard not attached to the wall. Neither room had a microwave.

It's run down, old, has holes, but i knew what i was getting for the amount i paid, served its purpose, you get what you pay for.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It is false advertising the place is nothing like the photos. The inside looks like a murder scene. The pool is emptied. Sheets were disgusting. The guests that were staying there were in domestic disputes every night i stayed there. I would rather sleep in my small car than stay here ever again. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND A WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!!

The place smelled weird when I walked in. Then I noticed plastic covering the carpet. I thought maybe they just did a deep clean of some sort. Then I saw a cockroach in my bathroom. As I was walking through the hallway covered in plastic I realized that there were half dead roaches everywhere. They obviously just fumigated.

Motel is ok for the price they charge . Good location.

The remodeling seems to be doing more harm than good. Staff was adequate to check in and provide key to the room. Towels and lines seem to be laundered in small residential machine instead of professionally cleaned. Bed was ok and I escaped the bed-bugs
