The kids loved the pool

The staff were really nice. The actual accomodation was terrible. One shower was missing the shower screen. Broken and left there. The other bathroom had mould on the roof. The bed in the main room was missing a leg so was on an angle. The toaster only half worked. The dish washer sounded like it was about to explode. It looked like it hadn’t been maintained in 20 years

The location was excellent, we had a water view, even though we had a ground floor unit, the area across the street had a extensive parklands with walking paths and access to the water.

Bright and airy. Close to the beach

Need a soap holder of some kind In the bathrooms. Need darker curtains in the lounge room. These are not dislikes just recommendations.

just the master bedroom bed had a ditch in the middle , so was an uncomfortable nights sleep

The apartment we stayed in was extremely outdated, moldy in the bathrooms & overall quite dusty throughout. The glass door was broken off the shower & just left sitting in the bathroom. Dirty dishes in the cupboards that needed to be washed before using. Washing machine was badly rusted. Incorrect height signs for car which could’ve resulted in damage to my vehicle had I not got out & checked before parking - & ended up having to park on the street outside complex.

The location is amazing. Staff go above and beyond. Unit clean.

The stairs. Also, the garage door was inoperable. Booking was mistakenly doubled up. Time to replace carpet and check tv remote has working batteries. TV is cheap and hard to operate. Put wifi info on the fridge. Replace old frypans. The apartment smelled musty so we got some air freshener when we bought new remote batteries.
