Rachael was so welcoming and friendly made us feel so relaxed and happy. Beautiful position and lovely view and furnishing was really nice very relaxing.

A beautiful location. However, run down unit in need of repair eg shutters to windows not able to use, Remote to garage door not working, dryer didnt work, quite dirty, cob webs, insects, dust, glass to oven, microwave, cooktop marked not buffed clean, broken outdoor seating. In need of good tidy,clean and repairs or replacements. Garage very difficult to access in and out. Found reversing best but over all, would not stay again for premium price charged.

Wifi password was difficult to find until Asked reception. Was in a jumbled cupboard

It was so hard to find how to - Enter the property Find the lock box / key Find the actual apartment No parking for visors or second car No air conditioning in second room The place looked nothing like the wedsite

The property was lovely, the apartment was lovely, my son was disappointed that was no ac's in the bedrooms but I didn't think it was so bad. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Lost points because a couple of appliances didn't (staff did replace them asap) and I found old chocolate wrappers behind a bedside table when I dropped a pen.

Tired and dated furnishings A lot to pay per night when only for 2 people (sleeps 4) but we accepted this based on being only advertised accessible accomodation on Bribie
