"Great place to stay when your flight is canceled!"

When we checked in for our two night stay (flight cancelation), Claire greeted us with a welcoming smile and very willing to help us. She was so pleasant and caring. She quickly checked us in and offered suggestions for great restaurants nearby. High praises to Claire for making us feel so welcome!!!

"Perfect place to stay near Tampa airport."

Hyatt House is perfect for a stay close to the airport. Easy to get to. This hotel was clean, safe, professional staff. We enjoyed the pool, food and drinks at H Bar. We will return to this location when visiting Tampa again.

"Shuttle LONG hour+ wait!"

Do NOT count on shuttle!!! You will be sorry and might even miss flight. Waited hour for pick up and had to call twice. Return to airport even worse with 70+ min wait. Horrible and shuttle service is A-1 , servicing all area hotels not owned by hotel. Hotel is nice and quiet if driving car or getting taxi.
