Wahiba Bedouin Rustic Camp

Everything was amazing, including breakfast and dinner. Tasty and clean.

This is not the camp's fault but the mega group of French tourists with their kids were so loud. They kinda ruined a bit the chill experience.

Very comfortable accomodation, friendly atmosphere and lot of things to see around. far enough from the town to feel the desert around.

This is a great place to go with kids. It’s easy to get too but right next to some lovely dunes, and there are camels and goats to feed. The owner is very nice and tells some great stories.

Great family run camp. Obaid and his family were very hospitable and helpful. This was also a great place to stay with kids since most other camps don't have tents that are big enough for four or more people. There are lots of activities (Obaid sends a whole list of activities when you book).

Its confortable its clean the breakfast is very nice me and my family like all the activities .The campfire stories are interesting,we can see the sunrise and the sunset in the desert but for sunrise need to come at 6:00am.Their collations (coffee,tea) are nice.The quad(need to pay for quad) is good too,we can feed the baby’s goats,take milk,feed the camels and touch them.The staff is very friendly,that s a good experience in Oman.I think thats better than hotel in desert camping is better.

The place is amazing and so is the hospitality of the hosts. We chose to be picked up at the base station where we left our rental car and the hosts took us to the camp. Our room was big with a big and comfortable bed. We slept like logs as there is only peace and quiet. Wahiba sands is enchanting, the views on the desert are endless. We climbed up the dunes to see the sunset which was beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were good and tasty. Listening to the stories of Bedouin life around the fire was interesting. We loved our stay. It also included milking the goats in the morning and feeding adorable baby goats. We had the opportunity to see the baby camel as well that was born the night before. Thank you Obaid and the whole family.
