Wahiba Bedouin Rustic Camp

Amazing location in the desert.

We loved everything. Clean, cozy tents. Food was delicious. But the most interesting part was the stories. In the evening, the owner gathered everyone around a nice fire and started to share interesting facts about desert, camels, and bedouin life. Everybody asked questions. Very interesting. It is obviously the owner is a wise man and passionate about his life. It was the highlight of our trip to Omani Sultanate. Our teenagers enjoyed it.

Expect basic bathrooms. Poor water, enough for a quick short shower. It was more than enough for us. Electricity is available only at the reception, for charging devices. In the tent, one small solar light .

Amazing location in the desert hosted by a very hospital Bedouin family. A lot of fun activities to know more about Bedouin history and culture a fter the dinner as well!

Very good experience of an overnight stay in the desert with actual Beduin people Lots of activities, even for free. They really let you feed camels, milk goats or wear beduin clothes They arrange bonfire stories meeting even if there is only a tiny number of guests in the camp Location far enough from the town, to feel like you are in the middle of the desert. Very pleasant owners

Some people may find it not luxurious enough, but I recommend the place for everyone who wants to experience the real desert with tents and open-air showers.
