ACE Hôtel Annecy

Rien à redire Propre, calme, proche restaurants facile d'accès, accueil agréable petit déjeuner très bien chambre propre, spacieuse, manquerait seulement une ou deux patères dans la salle de douche pour accrocher serviette ou vêtement. Mieux que certains hôtels soit disant 4 étoiles que je fréquente

Gut gelegen (auch praktisch für für einen Zwischenstopp, gebührenfreier und nachts abgesperrter Parkplatz im Hotelbereich), freundliches Personal, schneller Check In, ordentliche und saubere Zimmer mit guter Bettware, günstiges Frühstücksbuffet mit ausreichender Auswahl. In der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nur ein kurzer Weg (mit dem Auto) in die Altstadt von Annecy. ACE Hotel Wahl spiegelt für uns immer wieder ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Hotel propre et impeccable.

Very easy to and from Old Town / Gare on #2 bus which runs very frequently and is close by. Walk to grocery & restaurants. Spacious, clean, nice staff, great price, quiet & away from the crowds, reasonably priced breakfast.

It was too hot in the room, although the website says there is an airco, it doesn't work (according to them: it's "too expensive to turn on", so they will turn it on only when they think it's hot enough 😅 (which is never apparently), and to make things worse, there is no small fridge in the room. You book a view, you get no view, and you can't reason with them at all because you've already paid. Oh yeah. The internet speed is laughable, 3 MB/S, for people who dont know how bad that is, well let's just say you MIGHT be able to send a WhatsApp or facebook message, but you'll never be able to make a call. No kettle to boil water, and when I went down to get some coffee from the coffee machine it didn't work, they told me that "sometimes" it works (because it's not for us).

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, chambre spacieuse, personnels très agréable, cour sécurisée. Très bon restaurant juste derrière l’hôtel 👍

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, c'était propre et le personnel accueillant.

Propre, calme, avec des services à proximité. Et assez proche du centre-ville d'Annecy pour mes relations d'affaires

Chambre spacieuse et propre Le.personnel est à l écoute Par contre le petit déjeuner est quelconque
