Hôtel bien situé Les chambres sont bien mais il manque une bouilloire pour faire son café et pas de bouteille d eau, il y a bien un distributeur au Rez de chaussée mais pas de bouteille d’eau dedans. Petit déjeuner bien mais trop cher.

"Ne comptez pas sur le service !"

Service inexistant en cas de lavabo bouché. Après 3 jours il a fallu que je démonte moi-même le siphon rempli de cheveux des clients précédents... La tuyauterie est tellement encrassée que ça n'a pas suffit. Donc lavabo inutilisable et refus de la direction de changer de chambre (hôtel comme par hasard complet...). Tant pis pour eux, ils ont perdu 10 semaines de location de chambres pour les 6 mois à venir !

Weil wir vor der Anmeldung mit unserem Namen nicht gefunden wurden, obwohl wir die Bezahlung schon im Juni geleistet haben, beharrte der Portier auf nochmalige Bezahlung. Ich habe beide Belege zur Verfügung, bitte helfen Sie uns.
