Element by Marriott Spring Valley

This was my family’s second time staying at this hotel, and it has officially become our favorite staycation spot! We absolutely love how spacious the rooms are, and the kitchenette is always stocked with everything you need (except the food, of course 😄). The large TV is perfect for relaxing when you’re not enjoying the heated pool — which is a huge bonus because it’s rarely overcrowded. Every stay has been comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Hotel is quite new and the room was big with a kitchenette. The reception people were kinda nice but seemed pretty bored behind their desk on their phones. We had the pool for ourselves which was a nice break.

The location is meh just beside a big mall. Breakfast was very disappointing and messy: very limited options, the food and drinks are all over the place, and the coffee machine was broken and was only providing hot milk (no one fixed it while we were there...). Don’t get fooled by the 9 rating. I honestly don’t know why it’s that high and it’s misleading, this hotel is more like a 7-7.5.

Random charges with no explanation during AND after the stay(i will call them.) and i have been here around 10 times in the past 5 years and this stay was very uncomfy. It used to be the favorite hotel of everyone in my family , buy certainly not anymore . We’ll have to find a new fave and location. It was nice while it lasted but this stay was underwhelming at best. (The kitchen staff work hard!)
