Element by Marriott Spring Valley

Can't really recommend. Hotel is newish and looks nice outside and in the lobby, but my room was not very clean (think dried-on food stuck to nightstand not clean) and the room was LOUD. Was awakened by a train passing at around 4 am and then noise from Rt 287. When I mentioned this to management they seemed not to care at all--no apology, no offer to move to a different room, etc. Breakfast was very mediocre as well. I cut short a three-day stay and left after one night. Would not recommend or stay again.

My stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and attentive. The room was immaculately maintained and provided a high level of comfort. The hotel’s location is ideal, and the overall environment was calm and well managed. I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided and would confidently recommend this hotel to others. Special recognition goes to Mr. Brimaire Loubens, whose excellent service greatly enhanced my experience.

This hotel is so underrated!! I believe it should have a 5.0 rating. The staff are really friendly and courteous, everything is beautifully clean and redone, and the best part is the location! You can walk to Target from the hotel, it's that close. And it's 5 minutes from a major shopping center, 12 minutes from the center of town. The hotel was really nice and quiet, the room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. Also loved that there was an eating area in the room, with a table and stools. The bathroom was very clean and looked newly redone, which was a real pleasure. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

I just wish it would be a bit cheaper, but I was actually pleasantly surprised with how nice it was.

Breakfast was ok, it wasn’t with they advertised. To me it was continental breakfast. I expected better for the money.

When you enter the lobby the smell of bleach is too strong.
