At the check-in they said they are short of staff. It means ZERO room service. If you need additional towels, water, let them know. At the breakfast buffet, food and beverages take long to be replaced, because they are short of staff. It is quite common to see no hotel workers at the reception or at the breakfast room. Worn mattress, looks like a valley and makes you roll down towards the center of the bed. I paid for a hotel and got a Bed & Breakfast, with zero service. So, it is a terrible value for money.

Zero room service. Lack of employees to replenish breakfast food and beverages. Very high price for NO service.

We selected the One11 Hotel because the rooms looked super cool on their site and the location was just what we needed. We got one king room plus the Riverbend Sweet with the HUGE wraparound balcony and found it hard to leave the hotel because it was so fabulous. We brought food and drinks back and enjoyed the heck out of the balcony view. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas experience. We will be back!

We’ve stayed there 4-5 times. Seems they are having staffing issues. •No maid service on this particular weekend (towels/water refills only). •Continental Breakfast wasn’t replenished as you would think. •More families than you would think for a Boutique Hotel,🙁🙁. •Staff is awesome, Steve (I believe) at the Front Desk, Melissa, Bartender!!!

Breakfast choices need to be much more varied. Staying for 5 nights, we were sick of the same options. Shower pressure was non existent

I did not like that your room wasn't serviced daily unless you asked for it! I did ask for it a couple times and was told they were short staffed. The price I paid, should include clean up, new towels, beds made, etc without asking...PERIOD! What hotel doesn't provide cleaning of the room daily and you have to sit with used towels on the floor until I realized that you needed to tell them our room needed to be cleaned. Hotel is nice except do better in the maid service area. Location is great and decor was nice with a big size room.

Breakfast was OK, the stuff was very helpful, the hotel is well located.

There was no water pressure in the tap and shower, the AC wasn't working well
