這次入住14樓，凌晨12:58突然響起火災警報。逃生時發現整層樓的安全門竟然全部鎖死、完全打不開！現場大批住客恐慌，最後大家被迫冒險搭電梯下樓。大廳完全沒有人員疏散引導，櫃檯甚至還在幫新旅客 check-in。後來發現是13樓抽菸引發誤報，飯店在未廣播通知的情況下直接二次鎖門，才導致大家受困。後續飯店承諾會派24小時保全看守安全門，最後也跳票沒看到人。五星級酒店這種安全機制和誠信，讓人極度失望，絕不再住！ 👍 唯一感謝：特別感謝值班經理 LIKA，非常有耐心且專業地幫住客與消防、警察溝通翻譯。但酒店整體的安全管理完全不及格。

空間大、床睡起來舒服、地理位置好、有往市區跟機場的接駁車

1. 超多中國人，大廳很吵雜 2. 我們遇到協助辦理入住的女性櫃檯人員，英文跟中文都並不流利 3. 房間有時會飄進煙味 4. 地板跟沙發都有些明顯的使用痕跡 5. 廁所門板的鎖片沒有彎折，手一揮過去就掛彩了 6. 浴室沐浴乳的固定的座也是C字的鐵片，按壓時也容易不小心被缺口部分刮到

由訂飯網站訂房付款，到飯店check in櫃檯一位高高瘦瘦女接待員臉很臭跟我收取房費，說我還沒付我拿出訂飯網的付費資訊給她看後，她臉依然很臭，什麼也沒表示，繼續處理安排房間事宜不曉得是國籍惹怒她還是什麼原因感受很差☺️
