The bedroom and living room sections were very comfortable. It was a nice space for me to decompress

The staff both at the hotel and the hotel stores treated were very rude to me. Despite taking a hour to clean my room, there were half eaten cookies in the closet and a bag of watermelon in the refrigerator. The hotel staff refused to give me zeroed receipts that I need for my company. I had to go the front desk multiple times to report that the toilet and the small bathroom mirror was broken and making loud noises and bright flashing lights respectively. I was asked several times if I was “sure you didn’t use the mini bar.” The hotel store staff followed me throughout the store to watch me shop.

This was probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived at the hotel with the shuttle bus from the airport, the level of organization at the hotel entrance was amazing with marshals guiding busses and taxis to avoid a jam. Check in was fast and both my wife and I was amazed with the room size, layout and view over the city. We sat in amazement for a while to soak it all in. We also had club access and also this was so great, with no waiting time, friendly staff, amazing local snacks. Breakfast was great. The hotel is also located near lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would love to go back again and would love to take my daughters with for the experience. Jeju was amazing!

Nothing not to like!

전반적인 부분에서 만족합니다. 처음 오픈했을때부터 기회가 될때 한번씩 가봤지만 지금까지도 컨디션 관리가 잘 되고 있음을 느꼈습니다.

하야트 브랜드의 5성급 호텔이지만 풀사이드바 에서 음료만 주문 가능한 부분은 큰 아쉬움으로 다가왔습니다. 다음이 방문했을때는 간단한 요기 정도는 할 수 있는 메뉴가 있으면 좋을듯 합니다.

Hotel parfait, avec des choix variés en restauration, en magasins. Personnel attentionné.
