Front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in. Rooms were clean and quiet.

The water pressure in the shower is awful. AC/Heat unit fan was kind of loud.

"Perfect stay but need a new cook!"

i loved the lady at the front desk! amazing clean rooms, so great for the price! will definitely be back!!

there is a cook there that makes your breakfast by order and he is SO rude. rude to everybody. we were here for 5 days and everyday people were talking about how they were scared to ask him for breakfast because he was yelling at people. he did the same to us. hopefully element gets rid of him and puts someone that is happy to work and that is welcoming. also the walls are incredibly thin. could hear neighbors using the restroom and their tv all night.

The location

Our shower did not work and my wife and I could not shower. All of the treadmills in the fitness room were broken. There was no coffee available at breakfast. This hotel was not worth the money we spent on it.
