"Disappointing way to start a vacation."

Room was great. Property was located close to attractions and the interstate.

Breakfast. There was no listing of what was available to the guests from the kitchen/prep station area. On top of that the gentleman running the station was beyond crabby, unhelpful, curt and gave about 3 of us in a row completely the wrong things that we asked for. It wasn't worth engaging in him since he was in such a bad mood and we had no clue as to what was offered from the cook station to begin with. Coffee was constantly empty and we had to ask them to make more. There was a self-use machine that was broken on the counter for the entirety of our stay. We didn't bother eating down there on our second visit it was so off putting.

The room was perfect. It was clean, i brought my puppy, they gave my dog a little goodie bag with treats, disposable waste bags, and tiny frisbees. He loved them! The staff and guests were very friendly to us and our puppy.

Had called Sunday morning to reschedule our stay as the dates were for the wrong Sunday, and was placed on hold for over 30 min before i hung up, we are a company that comes to NKC. for overnights and had been stying at theHoliday inn express, but are looking for a new options.
